The Memory Cafe is usually open on the 2nd and 4th Saturday afternoon of each month.

The Cafe will be open again on: Saturday 26th January 2019.

The Cafe  opens at 2pm and closes at 4pm.

As always we will be sharing memories over a cuppa and a slice of cake. Our focus for the afternoon will be on creating a Winter Frieze

A Memory Friendly Service, a short act of worship with familiar hymns and readings,  is usually held on the 3rd Sunday of the month starting at 10.30 am.  However this service is not held in January as there is a service for Christian Unity in the Town Hall at the same time.  The next Memory Friendly Service, will take place on Sunday 17th  February.

A bit more about us
  • Our Catchment Area

The Cafe has a strong association with Wadebridge and the history of the town hence the use of the town bridge as our header on the website.  The Cafe however welcomes people affected by memory loss from further afield.

  • Memories and Song

Our focus is on giving everyone an opportunity to be engaged in what goes on at the Cafe.  We've found over the years that music, song and rhyme really help, so we offer frequent opportunities to sing familiar songs.

Our Home
We are made very welcome at the recently refurbished John Betjeman Centre operated by the local charity Concern Wadebridge.
